The post that answers a question: the easiest format there is
There is one type of post you already know how to write, already know by heart, and have never written: the answer you give every week on WhatsApp.
Why it is the easiest format
Because it needs no idea. The idea already came from outside. A customer asked. You are not inventing a topic: you are writing down something you have already said out loud many times, and you already know where people get stuck.
And it comes with built-in proof that it matters: if three people asked, there are thirty who had the same doubt and never asked.
The structure, in four parts
Always the same, which is why it writes fast.
- The question, in the customer's words. Do not reword it to look nice.
- The short answer, right after. Whoever only wanted that leaves satisfied.
- The why. This is where you show you know your trade.
- The concrete case. "Last week there was an order like that, and this is why…"
Where to find the questions
You do not need to remember anything: they are already written down. Open your WhatsApp threads from the last two weeks and read only what customers asked, ignoring your replies. In ten minutes you will have more topics than you can publish in a month.
The comments on your own posts work too, and so do your competitor's: that is where you find the doubts of people who have not bought from anyone yet.
One question per post
The temptation is to bundle five questions into a "FAQ" carousel. It looks complete and nobody reads it. One question per post, answered properly, works better, and gives you five posts instead of one.
On top of that, each post becomes a ready-made answer: when someone asks again, you send the link instead of typing it all out once more.
It is the kind of post ReadyMonth deliberately places in the month, so the calendar is not just behind-the-scenes and announcements.
