How to turn one customer conversation into three posts

Today you served a customer. There was a question in the middle, a decision that needed explaining, and a result at the end. That is three posts, and you have already done all the work.

Every customer conversation has the same shape

Someone arrives with a problem, asks questions, chooses, and receives. Each of those stages answers a different doubt for someone who has not bought yet, which is why each becomes a different post, for a different person.

You do not need to write it that day. You only need to jot the three things down before forgetting, and that is what almost nobody does.

The three posts that come out of it

From the same conversation, three angles that do not compete with each other.

  • The question: what they asked, and the answer. Serves whoever is still researching.
  • The decision: why they chose this option and not the other. Serves whoever is undecided.
  • The result: what was delivered and what happened next. Serves whoever is hesitant.

Anonymise, always

None of this needs the customer's name, or a screenshot of the chat. "A customer asked this week" is enough, and avoids the discomfort of someone seeing themselves exposed in a post they never agreed to.

If you are going to use a photo of the delivered work, ask. Almost always they say yes, and often they are pleased, but asking is what separates a compliment from an intrusion.

Jot it down at the end of the day, not in the moment

Five minutes at the end of the day, with a note on your phone: what they asked, what they decided, what came out. Three lines per conversation. In two weeks you have material for a whole month without ever sitting down to "think of content".

It is the difference between harvesting and inventing. Harvesting is cheaper, and the result is truer.

Those three lines per conversation are exactly what ReadyMonth needs to write the month. The rest of the work you have already done.
