Write it all at once and schedule: the batch method
You already know this effect in your own work: making ten identical cakes costs less than ten times one cake. Content is the same, and almost nobody applies it.
The cost is in starting
Opening the app, remembering the voice, finding the photos, getting into the subject. That costs ten or fifteen minutes and is paid in full at every sitting, whether you write one post or eight.

The batch, step by step
Each step is done for every post before moving to the next. That is what makes a batch a batch.
- Write the eight texts in a row, without stopping to look for photos.
- Then pick the eight images, all at once.
- Then assemble the eight posts.
- Finally schedule the eight, and close the app.
The batch does not need to be the whole month
Two weeks at a time is usually where the gain is large and the fatigue still small. A full month in one sitting works for some people and exhausts others.
What does not work is a batch of one, which is what almost everyone does without realising.
Scheduled does not mean untouchable
The common fear is being stuck with a plan that no longer makes sense. You are not: a scheduled post can be edited or deleted. If something happens that changes the subject, you swap that post and the other seven stay standing.
The opposite is what costs: with nothing scheduled, one unusual week becomes a week without publishing.
